Orders can be placed by phone, email, skype, QQ or Wechat. To avoid duplication orders or any other mistake, please send us a formal purchase order. Prices & Payment Terms

All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars and are subjected to change without prior notice. Special discount will be provided for regular, repeat or large orders. Net 30 days payment terms could be

offered based on approval. For the new customers, full or partial prepayment on a Proforma Invoice might be required. Additional charges of shipping and handling fee will be included in the

invoice for customers outside the mainland of China. Customers located in China mainland can pay in RMB.

Shipping

Orders can be shipped via FedEx, UPS or DHL which is a door to door delivery service and usually take three or four days for delivery.

Warranty

Seller warrants materials to be of the stated quality at the time of sale. There is no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of these products for any particular purpose. The seller's sole and exclusive liability is to replace the product without charge or to refund the purchase price upon the return of such products in accordance with seller's instructions. In no event shall the seller be

liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

No warranty or representation is given by the seller that the products do not infringe any letters patent, trademarks, registered designs or other industrial rights.

Replacements or Returns

The buyer shall inspect goods immediately on receipt and inform the seller of any shortage or damage in one week, quality problem in one month. Replacements can be offered if that's agreed by seller and buyer. All returns must be authorized by the seller and may be subject to a restocking charge. All items approved for return must be in unused and resalable condition. They must be

returned within 30 days of buyer's receiving them. Buyer must include with each return a copy of the seller's invoice, seller's return authorization number, and the reason for the return.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or amended by the agreement by both seller and buyer, setting forth the particular changes to be made and the effect, if any, of such changes on the price and time of

delivery. Buyer may can not cancel order unless such cancellation is expressly agreed by seller. No orders can be cancelled once the production has begun.

Custom Packing & Custom Synthesis

If you need bulk quantities or other packaging sizes not offered in our catalog, please inquire from our sales staffs. Also, if you have any specific needs for our products at different grades/purity, we can also offer custom synthesis.

Terms of Use

All our products are sold for Research & Development use only. All products must be handled by professional staff or qualified individuals experienced in handling potentially hazardous chemicals. We will reject orders from private individuals not affiliated with an organization. We reserve the right to insist on a written order and/or references before proceeding with an order. The buyer may be asked to provide a written assurance that products not be purchased/resold for an improper use.
